How does Mixy work?

Using Mixy is simple. As the owner, you first set which drinks you’ve attached to the device or which recipe you want to pour. To pour a drink, you then turn the knob to adjust the ratio between the two drinks shown on the screen (e.g. Wine 50% / Water 50%). If needed, you can also select the desired volume by pressing the button (e.g. 1, 2 or 3 dl). When you’re happy with the ratio and amount, just press the START button and Mixy will serve your drink.

Can I mix non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. You can use Mixy to create mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks.

Simply attach bottles with juices, sodas, syrups, or non-alcoholic spirits instead of alcoholic ones, choose your recipe, and Mixy will handle the rest. But make sure to not use juices or any other fluids that have solid particles like pieces of fruit or syrups that are very thick or viscous.

How do I clean the device?

Cleaning Mixy is easy. At the end of the day or after you’ve finished using it for the day, you can clean it in about five minutes by filling the bottles with warm water and following the instructions in the cleaning program.
Once a week, or after using very thick and sugary drinks, you should give Mixy a thorough clean using the included cleaning solution, which takes about 10 minutes.

How long does delivery take?

Our next batch of preorder should start shipping in March 2026. Once we hand Mixy over to the courier you will get an email with the specific delivery date. But in general the shipping takes:

EU area: 2–5 business days depending on the local courier
Outside the EU: 5–10 days

How long does the warranty last?

Mixy has a 2 year limited warranty.

How long does the battery last?

Mixy can run for up to 12 hours of serving, and you’ll almost certainly never have to worry about it running out of battery.
