Consumer protection

Gregor Strniša s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the provider) as a provider in accordance with legal regulations and standards does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

The service provider, through its online store and online orders in the EU area, publishes an online platform for resolving consumer disputes (SRPS) on its websites in accordance with legal regulations.

The regulation stems from the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, and the amendment of Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
